RESOLUTION NO. R- 82- 3 9'(o
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY EXCEPTION PERMIT
TO F. & R. BUILDERS, INC., IN LIEU OF SATISFACTION
OF THE PLATTING PREREQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20
OF THE TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, F. & R. Builders, Inc., has applied for a temporary exception
j9 permit in lieu of satisfying certain platting requirements of Chapter 20 of the
10 Tamarac Code of Ordinances; and
11 WHEREAS, the property involved is described as Kings Point, a portion of
12 Tract 18 and Tract 39 ; and
13 WHEREAS, the property involved is owned by F. & R. builders, Inc.
14 NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
15 that:
16 SECTION 1: That the following findings of fact are made pursuant to
17 Section 20-4 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances regarding the development of the
8 property involved.
a A. An undue hardship would be imposed if all the standards set forth
20 in Chapter 20 were complied with and such compliance would thus be unreasonable.
21 B. The granting of this exception would not set a precedent in any
22 way for other and unlike conditions.
23 C. Such permit for exception would not be detrimental to the interests
24 of the conmmity as set forth in Chapter 20.
is D. The property is adequately served with water and sewer facilities and
24 no further construction is contemplated.

E. No additional road right-of-way dedications are required.
F. No additional easements, including water, sewer and storm drainage,
are required.
G. No dedication of recreational land is required under Chapter 20.
SECTION 2. That a Temporary exception permit is hereby granted to F.& R.
Builders, Inc., in lieu of satisfaction of the platting requirements of Chapter 20
of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for the above described property.
