CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R5
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION REQUESTED
BY KIT 'N KABOODLE OF BROWARD, INC., TO PERMIT TFACHING
YARN AND FABRIC CRAFTS IN A B2 ZONING DISTRICT IN BAY 19
OF SHEPPARD PLAZA - PETITION #39-Z-82; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit teaching yarn and fabric crafts in a B2 Zoning Distr
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given
an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special
Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
Special Exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for Special Exception requested by Kit
'N Kaboodle of Broward, Inc. to permit teaching yarn and fabric crafts in a B2
Zoning District in Bay 19 of SheppardPlaza, Petition #39-Z-82, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: illy
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
