CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-384
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION REQUESTED
BY ANTHONY CICCHINO AND JAMES HOLLINGSWORTH, D/B/A J & B
AUTO REPAIR TO PERMIT A GENERAL AUTO REPAIR ESTABLISHMENT
IN A B3 ZONING DISTRICT IN BAYS C & D AT 5098 NW 37 AVENUE -
PETITION #38-Z-82; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit a general auto repair establishment in a B3 Zoning
District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given
an opportunity to express. their views concerning the application for Special
Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition fort,
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safetytand general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception requested by
Anthony Cicchino and James Hollingsworth, d/b/a J & B Auto Repair to permit a
general auto repair establishment in a B3 Zoning District in Bays C & D at 5098 NW
37 Avenue, Petition 38-Z-82, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: NO WORK OR PAINTING OF
VEHICLES AT THIS LOCATION.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
