CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-,��
A RESOLUTION AMENDING R-82-256 WHICH DESIG-
NATED THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS
RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AQUATIC PLANT
CONTROL FUNDING PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982/33;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, by the adoption of Resolution 82-256, the City Council
designated a Project Financial Officer primarily responsible for
maintaining the City of Tamarac, referred to as the Grantee, financial
and accounting records; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend said Resolution 82-256
and the individual designated as Project Financial Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Resolution 82-256 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3: That Stephen Gould is the Grantee's assigned
Project Financial Officer who is knowledgeable of all
financial and accounting requirements of the State Aquatic
Plant Control Funding Program and Chapter 16C-50, Florida
Administrative Code."
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
