CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- _ -3 Z2
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF
PARKING FOR TROPICAL GARDENS, 7910 UNIVERSITY
DRIVE, TAMARAC, LOT 12, BLOCK 11, LYONS
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION NO. 3 - PETITION #8-Z-81;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 81-143 provided for a temporary
limited waiver of parking for Tropical Gardens for the period of
July 8, 1981 through July 1, 1982, subject to review by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the conditions
and has determined that this waiver would not be detrimental to the
public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for a limited waiver
of the parking requirements of Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code
for Tropical Gardens, 7910 University Drive, Tamarac, Petition #8-Z-81
is HEREBY APPROVED, provided that Tropical Gardens maintains the
present business use of the property involved.
SECTION 2: This limited waiver is not assignable to any
other individual
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
