CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-, ?j&AZ .
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARKING FOR
ERNEST SARTORI, PETITION #34-Z-82 FOR A PROPOSED
SHOPPING CENTER AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COM MIAL
BOULEVARD AND NORTHWEST 31st AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that Council may
grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and loading requirements whenever a
hardship would exist by adhering to strict application thereof, and further provides
that the waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and welfare of
the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the southwest corner of Commercial Boulevard
and N. W. 31st Avenue, Tamarac;
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has held a public hearing thereon and
has made a recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the limited waiver
requested in the application of Ernest Sartori.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for a limited waiver of parking for
Ernest Sartori for a proposed shopping center, as shown on plans prepared by
D. M. Ambrose & Associates, Inc., revision dated 11/10/82, at the southwest
corner of Commercial Boulevard and N.W. 31st Avenue, TAMARAC, is HEREBY APPROVED,
and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the public safety, health
and welfare of the citizens of the City.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
