5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
s7 SECTION 1: That the 25-foot Ingress and Egress Easement
8 offered by Ernesto Sartori for the Central Plaza Project is hereby
9 approved and accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto
10 as Exhibit "A".
11 SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed tc
12 record said easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida-.
13 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
14 adoption.

THIS INDENTURE, made this day of 1982, between
ERNESTO SARTORI, "Grantor", to the CITY OF TAMARAC, a minicipal corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is 8511 N.W.
88th Avenue, Tamarac, FLorida 33321, "Grantee%

That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS
and other good and valuable considerations to said Grantor, in hand paid by Grantee,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a nonexclusive ingress and egress easement
over, upon, across, and under the property described in Exhibit "A" attached here-
to, which property is located in Broward County, Florida.
