CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-3 j�
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION R-82-336
GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR CON-
SUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE REQUESTED BY FAPAN,
INC., FOR BAGELAND RESTAURANT AT TAMARAC TOWN
SQUARE, 8217 N.W. 88 AVENUE, PETITION #32-Z-82;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all the requirements were met for the granting of a
Special Exception to permit consumption of beer and wine at Bageland
Restaurant in Tamarac Town Square, 8217 N.W. 88 Avenue, when Petition
#32-Z-82 was unanimously passed by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend that Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Resolution R-82-336 is hereby
amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
(1) This license for on -premises consumption of beer an
wine approved during the.hours of 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.,
local time, with standard Sunday hours to be observed;
and
(2) This license is not transferable to any other
individual or to any other location."
In all other respects Resolution No. R-82-336 shall
remain unchanged.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
