RESOLUTION NO. R-82-3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
REQUESTED BY DRY CLEAN USA TO PERMIT A DRY
CLEANING ESTABLISHMENT FOR DIRECT CUSTOMER
SERVICE, IN A B-3 ZONING DISTRICT AT TAMARAC
TOWN SQUARE IN BAY 1 - PETITION #37-Z-82 AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of special
exception to permit a dry cleaning establishment for direct customer service in a
B-3 Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special Excep-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception requested by Dry Clean
USA to permit a dry cleaning establishment for direct customer service in a B-3
Zoning District in Bay 1 of Tamarac Town Square, Petition 37-Z-82 is HEREBY
