CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-,3f!--0
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR DISPOSITION OF TWENTY
(20) VEHICLES DECLARED TO BE SURPLUS; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the administration to seek bids for the
sale of surplus vehicles by Resolutions 82-254 and 82-301; and
WHEREAS,
Notices of Sale
were advertised in The Miami Herald, a
newspaper of
general circulation
in Broward
County, on November 8 and November 15,
1982; and
WHEREAS,
bids were opened
on November 30, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION
1: That the bid
of Ernest W. Speer is hereby approved
and accepted
in the total amount
of $750.00
