CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES ASSESSED BY THE CITY
FOR LOT CLEARANCE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION ll- /''
OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 11- %3 of the Tamarac City Code provides for the
clearance of certain lots, and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida:
SECTION 1: That the following rates are hereby established to
be assessed against certain owners of property for lot clearing as provided
in Section ll- /9 of the City Code:
TAMARAC PUBLIC WORKS LOT MOWING AND CLEARING FEES
RATE SCHEDULE
MOWING $ 150.00 for one (1) acre
80.00 per acre after first acre for multiple
acreage up to and including six (6)
acres.
50.00 per acre above six (6) acres.
150.00 minimum charge.
CLEARING Hydro-axe/Operator $ 95.00 per hour
Dozer/Operator 50.00 per hour
Backhoe/Operator 50.00 per hour
Dump Truck/Operator 40.00 per hour
Dump Fee 20.00 per load
Pick Up Truck/Operator 30.00 per hour
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
