WHEREAS, Everglades Paving Canpany,Inc. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Everglades Paving Company, Inc.
in the amount of $22,842.00, which does not include installing sod, is hereby
