CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-Yo2 - 35/�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR WOODMONT
TRACT 57; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and The First National Bank
of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301554
in'the amount of $151,358.00 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 57;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said Letter
Credit subject to remedial repairs being completed by November 29, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301554 posted by
.Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and The First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, in
the amount of $151,358.00 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 57, is
FMMY RELEASED, subject to remedial repairs being completed by November 29, 1982.
SECTION 2: That if the repairs as enumerated in Section 1 above
not completed by November 29, 1982, and if the Letter of Credit is not extended
because of these unccmpleted repairs, then the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to call said Letter of Credit.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon passage.

1 (4) If the light is not installed within a period of three (3) years, the
2 $35,000.00 is to be refunded to Shell Oil Company.

i 3 (5) That the final site plan must conform to all applicable City ordinances.
4 (6) That the landscaping will be upgraded beyond what is required by the
5 Code, subject to review with one member of Council, and to be submitted
=5 to Council at a regular meeting for final approval.
7 (7) That on all right-of-way lines, there will be free -flowing berms not
8 to exceed 3-feet in height; and where these 3-foot high berms would be
f9 placed is subject to review of a Council member.
10 (8) The right -turn lane on N.W. 88 Avenue at Commercial Boulevard is subject
11 to review with the County and review and final approval by the City
12 Engineer.
13 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
