R-Yo2 - 35/� A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR WOODMONT TRACT 57; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and The First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301554 in'the amount of $151,358.00 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 57; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said Letter Credit subject to remedial repairs being completed by November 29, 1982. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301554 posted by .Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and The First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of $151,358.00 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 57, is FMMY RELEASED, subject to remedial repairs being completed by November 29, 1982. SECTION 2: That if the repairs as enumerated in Section 1 above not completed by November 29, 1982, and if the Letter of Credit is not extended because of these unccmpleted repairs, then the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to call said Letter of Credit. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon passage. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ✓ "" day of Agy, �A� , 1982.
