CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-33
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY GLENDALE FEDERAL IN
SHEPPARD PLAZA, 7186 N. UNIVERSITY DRIVE,
FOR A SECOND SIGN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Glendale Federal has requested a waiver from the S.ign
Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Glendale Federal in Sheppard Plaza, 7186 N. University Drive, for a
second sign to be placed on the west wall, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): This lettering of
this sign is to be the same size, color and conformation as the sign of the
entrance.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
