CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-3.3�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY PROFESSIONAL DRY
CLEANERS (SUNSHINE PLAZA), 4277 W. COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, FOR A SECOND SIGN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Professional Dry Cleaners has requested a waiver to
the Sign Ordinance No. 80-35 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
PLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Professional Dry Cleaners (Sunshine Plaza), 4277 W. Commercial
Boulevard, for a second sign to be located on the east side of the
building, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): This sign is to be
the same coloring and lettering as was approved for the prior sign.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
