CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-_&_*i�_
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION•OF BEER AND WINE REQUEST BY
FAPAN, INC.., FOR BAGELAND RESTAURANT AT TAMARAC
TOWN SQUARE, 8217 NORTHWEST 88th AVENUE,
PETITION 032-Z-82: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of beer and
wine on the premises of Bageland Restaurant, at Tamarac Town Square,
8217 Northwest 88th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the appli-
cation for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the consumption of beer and wine at Bageland Restaurant, at Tamarac
Town Square, 8217 Northwest 88th Avenue, is APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
(1) Approved during hours of operation from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., local
time and standard Sunday hours must be observed; and
(2) This license is not transferable to -any other individual or to any
other location.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adop-
tion.
