R-82_-'.,3� A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SABAL PALM BOULEVARD EAST OFFERED BY SABAL PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ON A PORTION OF PARCEL "A", "SABAL PALM VILLAGE OF TAMARAC", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, AT PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE I•T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the easement for additional right-of-way for Sabal Palm Boulevard East offered by Sabal Palm Condominium Association, Inc., for a portion of Parcel "A", "Sabal Palm Village of Tamarac", according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, at Page 42, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, is hereby approved and accepted. SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Easement. SECTION 3; That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said Easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
