A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A RIGHT-OF-WAY W79U = DEED
OFFERED BY BERKOWITZ-RUIIIN FLORIDA, INC., FOR A
2-FOOT STRIP OF LAND ON MCNAB ROAD FOR THE SIEGEL
FUNERAL HOW PRWECT;-AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Right -of -Way Warranty Deed offered by Berkowitz•
Kumin Florida, Inc., for a 2-foot strip of land on McNab Road, identified as the
south 2-feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block 34, McNab Commercial Subdivision No. 2, as
recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 28, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
for the Executive Center project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said
being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: The:City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record said Right -of -Way Warranty Deed in the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
