R-82-&02& A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE SIEGAL FUNERAL HOME PROJECT. DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 050 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of t City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in, accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of theme ing regarding the review of the application for a development order the applicant for development approval; and WHEREAS, The City Council has examined and investigated the application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 10/21/82; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in compliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached devel- opment review status sheet dated 10/21/82 is granted a development order to proceed subject to the following conditions: A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and specifications submitted by the developer of the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one yea from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulatio s. C. Reso. #2509 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development order are set forth as follows: 1. The curbing on 70 Street and MdNab Road shall be backfilled and sodded with Bahia grass for the length of this property; 2. There shall be landscaping around the northwest and north allowing for the approximate locations of future doors con- structed after the building plans are approved by the Build- ing Department. SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void. SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this loth day of November ,1982.
