R-82-�oZ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED OFFERED BY E.K.L. DEVELOPERS FOR A 40-FOOT STRIP OF LAND ON UNIVERSITY DRIVE FOR THE EXECUTIVE CENTER PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Right -of -Way Deed offered by E.K.L. Developers for a 40-foot strip of land on University Drive, identified as the west 40-feet of Lot 5, together with the west 40-feet of the north one-half of Lot 6, Block 11, Lyon's Commercial Subdivision No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, for the Executive Center project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A". SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said Right -of -Way Deed in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ZQ day of � 1982. DEVELOPERS, a Florida general partnership, whose address is 1000 South Ocean Boulevard, Suite PH-D, Pompano Beach, Florida 33062, party of the first part, and the CITY OF TAMARAC, a Municipal corporation of the State of Florida, and its successors in interest, whose principal place of business is 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Broward County, Florida 33321, party of the second part.
