R-82-32/ 3 4 A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE EXECUTIVE CENTER PROJECT. DEVELOP- 5 MENT ORDER NO. 051; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECT- IVE DATE. r WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of 8 the City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in 9 accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the 10 meeting regarding the review of the application for a development order 11 by the applicant for development approval; and 12 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the 13 application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and the 14 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 10/7/82; and 15 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and 16 accompanying documents at a public meeting; and 17 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application i )8 in compliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy 20 for any unit on the development that is the subject of the application 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, 22 FLORIDA: 23 SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached 24 development review status sheet dated 10/7/82 is granted a development 25 order to proceed subject to the following conditions: 26 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans 27 and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac 28 as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and 29 approved engineering drawings. 3') B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer. than one �, 4 year from the date of this approval. If the development does not 1commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void �2 33 unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations. 34 35 C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does 36 not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unles the City Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. Temp. Reso. #2470 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development order are set forth as follows: 1. The developer is to obtain a permit from DOT to the median open- ing on University Drive prior to receiving a building permit. 2. The developer is advised that there is a limited number of parking spaces and could create future problems of occupancy if medical offices go in there. 3. A voluntary contribution of $5,000 toward the new traffic light to be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit, to be located in -front of University Community Hospital. 4. The new curbing on University Drive is to be backfilled and sodded with bahia grass. 5. A higher barricade approved by the City Planner will be erected to prevent entrance into the reverse flow road.
