CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR PUBLIC
IlMPROVII�=S AT V70ODMONI' TRACT 49 PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 78,8ll.10
was posted by Montwood, Inc. ,in the form of Letter of Credit
No. 1405-00300848 for public improvements at Woodmont Tract 49 Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the
work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
PLOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 78,811.10
was posted by Montwood, Inc. in the form of Letter of Credit
No. 1405-00300848 for public improvements at Woodmont Tract 49 Project is hereby
released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPRI= this day of 1982.
