CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-3%!%
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR PUBLIC IMP-
ROVEMENTS AT WOODMONT TRACT 72B_ PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $38,532.21, was poste(
by Montwood, Inc., in the form of Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301412,
for public improvements at Woodmont 72B project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $38,532.21,
was posted by Montwood Inc,, in the form of Letter of Credit No. 1402
00301412 for public improvements at Woodmont 72B project, is hereby
released.
