CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- a?- 19
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT INTO THE EIGHTEEN
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 126, SECTION 6-A
OF MAINLANDS, TAMARAC LAKES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That on behalf of Tamarac Utilities West, the present
encroachment of approximately one half foot into the eighteen foot utility
easement as indicated on the attached survey, Exhibit A (Darby and Way, P.A.,
Job #80-0337 dated October 22, 1980) is hereby approved for Lot 1, Block 126,
Section 6-A of Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, as recorded in Plat Book 67, page
3, of the Public Records of Broward County, said lands being situated in Tamarac,
Florida.
SECTION 2: That based on the approval of Tamarac Utilities West,
Southern Bell Telephone Company, Florida Power and Light Company and American
Video Cable Television Company, the City acknowledges and approves the present
encroachment of approximately one half foot into the eighteen foot utility ease-
ment as indicated on the attached survey, Exhibit A (Darby and Way, P.A., Job
#80-0337 dated October 22, 1980) is hereby approved for Lot 1, Block 126, Section
6-A of Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, as recorded in Plat Book 67, page 3, of the
Public Records of Broward County, said lands being situated in Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
