CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-J
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR PUBLIC IM---
PROVEMENTS FOR WOODMONT TRACTS -47, 48 AND 50.
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $5,958.00 was posted
by Montwood, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 1402-00300617 for public :,m-
provements at Woodmont Tracts 47, 48 and 50; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $5,958.00,
posted by Montwood, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 1402-00300617, is here
released.
