CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- $-3
A RESOLUTION RE -ESTABLISHING -THE POSITIONS
OF CITY PHOTOGRAPHER AND ASSISTANT CITY
PHOTOGRAPHER; SETTING FORTH POWERS AND
DUTIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY PHOTOGRAPHER AND ASSISTANT
CITY PHOTOGRAPHER
There is hereby re-established the positions of City Photo-
grapher and Assistant City Photographer. The appointees shall be
appointed by Resolution, shall serve with no compensation and shall
serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2: THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CITY PHOTOGRAPHER AND
ASSISTANT CITY PHOTOGRAPHER
The City Photographer and Assistant City Photographer shall be
empowered to take photographs at all City functions.
SECTION 3: APPOINTMENTS
That SAMUEL TEPPER is hereby appointed to the
position of City Photographer for a period to expire on MA_Y_11_,_ 2

That NORMAN KARR is hereby appointed to the
position of Assistant City Photographer for a period to expire on
MAY 11, 1982
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
final passage.
