CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-de�&
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY SHEPPARD PLAZA (MCNAB
PLAZA NORTH), 7160 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE,
CONCERNING SIGN PLACEMENT FOR BAYS #18,19,20
AND 21; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sheppard Plaza has requested a waiver from the Sign
Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Sheppard Plaza, 7160 North University Drive, concerning placement of
signs for Bays_18, 19, 20 and 21 on the south wall of the building, is
HEREBY APPROVED. _
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): THE FOUR SIGNS FOP
BAYS 18, 19, 20 and 21 MUST BE EQUITABLY SPACED WITH A SUFFICIENT
BORDER PROVIDED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of October ,1982
