CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TOLL
DEVELOPMENT CORP.
FOR SOUTHGATE GARDENS EAST/MISSION LAKES
WHEREAS, TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP.
, as Principal,
nd CORAL GABLES FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION as Surety,

9 as f i led with the City a Letter of Guarantee in the
10 mount -of $ 21,219.50 to guarantee \publ i c improvements at
SOUTHGATE GARDENS EAST/MISSION LAKES; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been

13 atisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
14 and upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of

26 OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: That the Letter of Guarantee posted by
