CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-9
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT A RESTAURANT, PICCADILLY CAFETERIAS,
INC., IN A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT - PETITION #30-Z-81
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit a restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District; and
W MEAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special Exception;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit a restaurant
in a B-2 Zoning District for Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc., Petition # 30-Z-81,to be
constructed on the east side of University Drive between McNab Plaza North -
presently under construction - and the All Saints Lutheran Church, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: A10A1,�
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
