CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-02-F-7
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A
WAIVER OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY
HOMELAND ENTERPRISES, INC. (EDGEWATER VILLAGE)
FOR A TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGN; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Homeland Enterprises, Inc. (Edgewater Village) has
requested an extension to a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34
governing approval of signs on property other than the applicant's
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign Ordin-
ance requested by Homeland Enterprises, Inca (Edgewater Village), for
a temporary directional sign, on property owned by Gulfstream Bank at
the Southwest Corner of University Drive and N.W. 61st Street, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
(a) Sign must be refurbished.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoptio
