CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A
WAIVER OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY
HOMELAND ENTERPRISES, INC. (EDGEWATER
VILLAGE) FOR A TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGN;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Homeland Enterprises, Inc. (Edgewater Village) has
requested an extension to a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34
governing approval of signs on property other than the applicant's
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign
Ordinance requested by Homeland Enterprises, Inc. (Edgewater Village)
for a temporary directional sign, on a vacant lot on the north side of
West Commercial Boulevard, east of Century Bank, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (If Any):
(a) Sign must be refurbished.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoptiol
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1982.
