CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY Rafran Development Corp.
FOR Left ;Turn Lane on University Drive
WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 3,855.50
was posted by Rafran Development Corp., Letter of Credit
for, Left Turn Lane on University Drive ;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, reccunends release of said warranty bond;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 3,855.50
posted by Rafran Development Corp., Letter of Credit is hereby released.
