CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONT-
WOOD, INC., FOR WOODMONT TRACT 70; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, MONTWOOD, INC., as Principal, and THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF CHICAGO, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
No. 1402-00301558 in the amount of $65,376.02 to guarantee public
improvements at Woodmont Tract 70; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said
Letter of Credit subject to remedial repairs being completed to
sanitary line deficiencies by October 25, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301558 posted
by Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and The First National Bank of
Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of $65,376.02 to guarantee public
improvements at Woodmont Tract 70, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
remedial repairs being completed to sanitary line deficiencies by
October 25, 1982.
SECTION 2: That if the repairs as enumerated in Section 1
above are not completed by October 25, 1982, and if the Letter of
Credit is not extended because of these uncompleted repairs, then the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to call said
Letter of Credit.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon passage
