A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY Montwood., Inc.
FOR public improvements - Woodmont Tract 62
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 19,061.25
was posted by Montwood, Inc. -Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301555
for p4jbi;„ iMrovements
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 19,061.25 ,
posted by MontAnod, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301555
is hereby released.
