A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY Montwood, Inc.
FOR public - Woodmont Tract 50
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 59, 244.58
was posted by Montwood. Inc. - Letter of Credit No. 1402-0030155E

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 59, 244.58
posted by Montwood, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 1402-00301556
is hereby released.
