RESOLUTION NO. R-Y
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY Montwood, Inc.
FOR culvert crossings - wood ont Tracts 47,48 & 50
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 12, 842.75
was posted by Montwoorl, Inc--, T.Pti-Pr of C'rraj-F No. 3015.97
for culvert- =ssi ngs
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 12,842.75 ,
posted by Montwood, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 301557
is hereby released.
