A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT DELI TYME
RESTAURANT, AT SHEPPARD PLAZA, 7130 NORTH
UNIVERSITY DRIVE, PETITION #29-Z-82; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the gran
ing of special exception to permit the consumption of beer and wine o
the premises of Deli Tyme Restaurant, at Sheppard Plaza, 7130 North
University Drive; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has bee
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the applicatior.
for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the consumption of beer and wine at Deli Tyme Restaurant, at Sheppard
Plaza, 7130 North University Drive, is APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
(1) Hours no later than 2:00 a.m. local time closing;
(2) Beer and wine with food service only;
(3) This license is not transferable to any other individual or to any
other location.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adopt-
ion.
