NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

SECTION 1: The Rate Schedule set forth below shall be
applicable to all customers of the water and sewer utility sefved by the
City of Tamarac for customers east of State Road 7.
