RESOLUTION NO. -R- 47 -a? 75
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY COMMONWEALTH SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA AT SHEPPARD
PLAZA (MCNAB PLAZA NORTH) CONCERNING A .SECOND WALL SIGN; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Commonwealth Savings & Loan Association of Florida has requested
a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34(Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Commonwealth Savings & Loan Association of Florida at Sheppard Plaza
for a second wall sign on the north side of the building,
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): This sign is to be
-identical to the sign which was approved for the south side of
the building.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
