RESOLUTION NO. R-X?-aRZ-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TOLL DEVELOPMENT
CORP. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF N.W. 71 Avenue
F 0 R SOUTHGATE GARDENS EAST/MISSION LAKES.
WHEREAS, TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP.
, as Principal,
ind CORAL GABLES FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION as Surety,
ias filed with the City a Letter of Guarantee in the
amount of $ 13,962.75 to guarantee 'public improvements at Southgate
Gardens East/Mission Lakes;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
pond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
6,344.00.
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
LORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Guarantee posted by
TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP. , as Principal,
20 a nd CORAL GABLES FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION , as Surety, in
= the amount of $ 13,962.75 for public improvements at Southgate Gardens
22 East/Mission Lakes, is HEREBYRELEASED, subject to receipt
23 of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 6,344.00.
24 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
23 upon adoption.
