CITY OF TP21ARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- -
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPIM MEI<PM BY VERSAILLES GARDENS FOR
SIDEWALKS; AND PIMM11C AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Versailles Gardens, as Principal, and The Continental
Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 356645 in the amount
of $8,910.00 to guarantee public improvements at Versailles Gardens for sidewalks;
and
WHIMAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfact-
orily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $2,765.63 and the payment of additional engineering
fees in the amount of $161.44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TMAPAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 356645 posted by Versailles Gardens, as
Principal, and The Continental Insurance Company, as Surety, in the amount of
$8,910.00 for public improvements at Versailles Gardens for sidewalks, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $2,765.63
and the payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of $161.44.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall beccnne effective immediately upon
adoption.
