A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY H.L.R.INC.
FOR NORTHWOOD" II
WHEREAS, H.L.R. Incorporated as Principal,
and Continental Illinois Balk and Trust Co. of Chicagoas Surety,
has filed with the City Bond No. 6101409 in the
amount -of $363,619.00 to guarantee public improvements at
NORTHWOOD II
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $100,719.2E
and payment of additional engineering fees due in the amount of $5,414.2E
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 6101409 posted by
H.L.R. Incorporated , as Principal,
and Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Co. of Chicac,o as Surety, in
the amount of $363,619.00 for public improvements at Northwood II
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 100,719.26 and payment of
additional engineering fees due in the amount of $5,414.26.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
