CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R._-�: J'
A RESOLUTION DECLARING ONE (1) VEHICLE OF TAMARAC
UTILITIES WEST TO BE SURPLUS PROPERTY; PROVIDING
FOR DISPOSITION OF THE VEHICLE; AND PROVIDING
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has notified the City Council that one
(1) vehicle, inventoried to Tamarac Utilities West, no longer meets the criteria
for use by the Utilities operations, and has recommended this item be declared
surplus and be disposed of in the appropriate manner; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has recommended this'surplus
vehicle be transferred to that department's inventory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept these recommendations
and proceed to dispose of the surplus vehicle in accordance with the provisions of
the City Code and other applicable regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the one (1) Tamarac Utilities West vehicle describe(
as follows is declared to be surplus property of Tamarac Utilities West and is
authorized to be transferred to the inventory of the Public Works Department upon
payment of the amount of $300.00 by the General Fund to Tamarac Utilities West,
Renewal and Replacement Fund:
1948 - Ford Tractor I.D.Serial # SPE3A605593/957E700
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
