CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE ACQUISI-
TION OF PARCELS 15 & 16 OF SECTION 86150-2301 OF
BROWARD COUNTY FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, certain land described below is located within the
municipal boundaries of the City, of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the State of Florida desires to convey said land to
the City of Tamarac for its use with certain restrictions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac desires to acquire said land and
is willing to abide by the restrictions imposed by the conveyance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the proper City Officials are authorized to
execute the necessary documents for the Conveyance of Parcels
15 and 16 of Section 86150-2301 of Broward County located within
the Municipal boundaries of the City of Tamarac. (The land is
approximately 7.28 acres situated on the north side of Prospect _
Road between N.W. 15th Avenue and N.W. 21 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.)
SECTION 2: That the City accepts the Conditions imposed on
the land as required by Florida Statute, Sec. 337.25(5), that the
land be used for a public purpose.
SECTION 3: That the City Accepts any other reasonable restric-
tions that are placed on the land at the time of Conveyance from
the State of Florida to the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 4: That there be no monetary consideration required
of the City of Tamarac by the State of Florida for the Conveyance
of said land.
SECTION 5: That this Resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon its adoption.
