1982 STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS -
MAINLANDS -SEVENTH SECTION BID #82-24
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
8 to go to bid at its meeting on July 28 198 2, and,
9 WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
10 a newspaper of gdneral circulation in Broward County on August 3
and August 10 , 198 2 , and
12 WHEREAS, bids were opened on August 30 198 2 and
13 WHEREAS, Solo Construction Corporation is the lowest fully

responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
IOF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Solo Construction Corporation
I$ in the amount of $111, 855.00, less.5% per invoice if paid by the loth of
the month, is hereby approved.
