CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82- o2-r59-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME LOCATED AT
7811 NW 74 STREET; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE?IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, assigned to the City in
the form of Tamarac Account No. 30-13-004751-4, in the amount of
$1,500.00, posted pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26, as a warranty
against construction defects and code violations for a home located
at 7811 NW 74 Street, is hereby released to Leo and Irene Bessette.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1982.
