CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY SOUWMRK PROPERTIES, ATLMUA, GA.
FOR SOUTHGATE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM SIDEWALKS
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 3,317.50
was posted by Southmark Properties, Atlanta, Ga .
Southgate Gardens Condominium
for sidewalks
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 3,317.50 ,
posted by Southmark Properties, Atlanta, Ga.
is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1982.
