A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph

FOR public improvements
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 6,545.00
was posted by Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Co
for public improvements ;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 6,545.00
posted by Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph
is hereby released.
