CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-pp2�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A
WAIVER OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY
GREEN THUMB LAWN AND GARDEN CENTER, 6115
NW 77 WAY, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Green Thumb Lawn and Garden Center has requested an
extension to a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34'governing
approval of signs on property other than the applicant's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign
Ordinance requested by Green Thumb Lawn and Garden Center, 6115 NW
77 Way, Tamarac, for a temporary announcing sign, to be erected on
property owned by Causeway Lumber Company directly east of Green
Thumb Lawn and Garden Center, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
WAIVER EXTENSION GRANTED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE LAND ON WHICH THE
SIGN IS INSTALLED IS DEVELOPED, OR NOT MORE THAN A YEAR FROM THIS
DATE.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
