CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-,7c2-neLZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD,
FOR WOODMONT TRACT 54
WHEREAS, MONTWOOD, INCORPORATED as Principal,
and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO , as Surety,
has filed with the City Bond No.1402-00301041-301041 in the
amount; of $259,717.35 to guarantee public improvements at
WOODMONT TRACT 54
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 1402-00301041-301041posted by
Montwood, Incorporated , as Principal,
and First National Bank of Chicago , as Surety, in
the amount of $259,717.35 for public improvements at
Woodmont Tract 54 is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 65,181.20
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
